I'm Sorry

Contributed by jazzyfizzle on Thursday, 20th March 2008 @ 04:01:56 AM in AEST
Topic: FriendshipPoetry

I'm sorry I don't share with you
Or let you in my head
I used to let my bestfriends in
But they messed with me instead
So then I put a wall up
I made sure no one could get through
And I was more then fine with that
Until I became bestfriends with you
Your finally that someone
My thoughts that I can share
It feels so nice to share with you
Because you actually seem to care
My wall is starting to come down now
And that's more than fine with me
You've more than earned my respect and trust
I promise ill open up so you can see
I know it made you angry
That I never seemed to share with you
Just understand I wanted to
But at the time there was nothing I could do
But after all the talks we've had
About all the things that we've been through
There really isn't anyone
That I trust now more than you
So I hope that you believe me
When I call you my bestfriend
Please just don't walk out on me
My heart can't handle that again
But then again that's something
That's just a waste of time for me to say
You're way too good of a person
To ever walk out on me that way
Just know that ill be here for you
Even when you try and close the door
I'll just go ahead and break it down
Because that what Jasmine's for.
