Fallen Marionette

Contributed by kissingsolitude on Wednesday, 19th March 2008 @ 05:04:19 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Wound'd Dove
Cries
American Beauty
Pride
Swallow down
Pills
Jagged
'N cut
Shred love
To death
Your eyes
Dead
To my plea
Give me love
Hold me
Trample on
My heart
No more.

Cut me apart
To fuse me
Image
'N art
You created
My skin
My heart
My life
Your canvas
Did you have to
Break me down
To see me
Cry
Tears
On fire
Smoke
Engulfed
'N the flames
Heart on ice
Tears on fire
Till
I melt away
Liquid
Through your fingers
I'll escape
One day.

Spread my wings
Learn to fly
Wind
Upon my chest
Stars
In my grasp
Soarin'
From the monster
You created
Demented
Snakes
Turn me not to stone
Love
Can't hold me
Trapped
'N chains
Cuffed
To you
Eyes
Look onto starry nites
Wings broken
Cut
'N lost
By you
Torture on
The beatin' heart
Till
It bleeds
Blood
Upon your hands.

Tears
Will you cry
Heart
'N the grave
Zombie
Walkin'
Lips sewn
Shut
Secrets
Never told
Always perfect
When
Nothings utter'd
Silence kills
The noise
Falls faint
No one to hear
The fallen tree
Fallen
Always down
Runnin'
To you
From you
Just kill me
ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hands
From my face
Slip
Around the noose
My neck
Push it to the edge
Take me to the brink
Rip the heart
Stolen
Beating for you
Knife
To my heart
Please
Be nice for
Once
End
It before
IT begins.

Crimson
Shades of shame
Your blood
Runs thin
Tornado
In the drain
Change
Never came
I
Gave you leave
Solace
Shatter'd
Your face
The mirror
Broke down
Marionette
Strings cut
Puppet games
Goodbye.

Monster
In the tub
Wet
Hole sing
Rage
Night
Revenge
Hearts broken
Heal
Doctor's touch
You'll never be
The same
Grave
Six feet under
Freedom
Bloody hands
Doves fly
No tears
For the forgotten.

I really like your style of writing. It's very...unique. Great poem.
