More Than Meets The Eye

I took a deep breathe.
And I looked him in the eyes.
I saw a clear view of what I thought was his face.
He looked to me.
He had a smile that could make my heart sing with a warm song.
He walked toward me.
I slowly went to him with my knees trembling and my hands shaking.
He took me into his arms without a care in the world.
I went with him.
My heart raced a million times faster, then the first time I saw his face.
He looked me in the eyes, and I could just feel the warmth build up.
I just didn't want to believe.
I turned away quickly.
But he softly touched my cheek.
And just an innocent kiss would turn my doubt into hope.
And he looked deep into my eyes.
Without hesitation he said.
I love you.
