And she was one big ear,
Never stopped listening to what people said.
On the outside looking in, she was perfect.
Radiant straight brown hair, lots of friends, funny.
Everybody thought she was nice.
Couldnt anybody at all see?
Kids are known to be more intuative, but were all blind.
Sad child left alone, hears someone call her fat.
Infinite waves of blame drowned her, the reason nobody liked her
Could finally be pinpointed, now she
Knew what she had to do.

It took me a while to understand what you meant by "read down as well as sideways" but I got it now...sad poem. But F.Y.I..it's spelled Anorexic. |
