Falling Hearts

Contributed by shelby on Sunday, 16th March 2008 @ 02:47:40 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Tenderness that rides falling hearts
catching their souls in silken webs
hearts bleed everything from within
pouring their love... softly spills free.

Time lost from each weary heart,
emotions stir like leaves...
rustling in tree's.

Wish for conclusion, praying you will mend..
your hands reaching outward again.

Nestle inside that lonely mind
minute to late Will I fall once more.
This giver of time, and taker of hearts
It is love is bound in your soul..

Rise" and I will try
gathering thoughts in the hush of the night.
Heal pretty baby, let go of that blue"
you are not alone...nor I...

This is just fabulous! Crow and Shelby, Shelby and Crow and wonderful poetic pair. This was emotional and gripping. And it's conclusion both solid poetry and powerful. I loved this. I would love to see the two of you work together again. Two wonderful poets coming together can sometimes be a train wreck. Different styles colliding, ideals compromised,....not in this case. Wonderful!

BRAVO!

Daniel

Michelle, when you and Crow get together it's always a masterful
capturing of beauty. And this is far from exception! There
is such a melancholic feel to this; a kind of hopelessness that meets
hope, if you know what I mean. An introduction that begins a
journey to all the wonder and grace movement can be. And movement
of the heart is the most delicate and beautiful thing a friend could
offer. :)

Gorgeous write, both of you!

*hugs*
