Caged Feelings

Contributed by alibof10 on Monday, 10th March 2008 @ 08:55:41 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

I'm sad
I'm depressed
I'm feeling down
I'm alone
I'm suicidal
I'm confused
I'm losing my will to stay
I'd rather die than live
I look up to the sky, for answer about my life
Yet all I get is SILENCE
My confidence is leaving me on my own
No one can save me and I DO NOT want the attention
No one sees me
No one cares about me
No one loves me
No one notices me in life
I wish to die, but I can't commit suicide!
My hand is on the trigger
And I'm ready to ignite
I mite not make it tomorrow
But, is that all right?
I can't sleep
I can't eat
I'M NOT THE OLD ME!!!

Hey. I also write to help sort my mind, putting the feelings on paper helps me find perspective and direction. Hold on to that and write as often as you can. I know you will get there and find the real you - the improved version, strronger, more confident and loved. Sometimes we have to break down in order to build again. Thanks for sharing. Will look out for your new postings.

Its good that you let it out...
I like how you made it clear that your not doing it for attention...
cuz thats what most people think...
I get how you feel...
when you say
'i wanna die but comment suicide'
i know that feeling...
ive felt it before...
If you let that feeling consume you, youll never be the old you.....
best wishes...
