An Awful Friend?

Contributed by desolantdreamer on Tuesday, 4th March 2008 @ 03:46:48 AM in AEST
Topic: sarcasticpoetry

I'm an awful friend
I worried and was scared for you when you ran away
When you were taken into SRS I was afraid for you
HOW DARE I!
I always listened to you complain and cry about your mom
I gave you my advice when asked
WHO DO I THINK I AM!?
Your mother asked me about what you used to say
I told her, and I gave her my advice when she asked
SHAME ON ME!

I was always there
I always listened
I always cared
And now you're back
I was so happy to hear that!
But you yelled at me
Said I was nosey
That I tried to tell your mom how to raise you
You said mean, cruel things
That cut really deep
Never even asked for my side of the story
But you never were one to do that
I guess I'm just an awful friend
For caring so much about you

Well I'd say the person in this write is the one confussed.
Sounds like adolescence to me.
I luv yooour attitude in this awesome write.
You sound like me, I don't give advice untill asked but who ever best be prepared for it when they ask 'cause I call it like I seeit.
Who ever should be thankfull that they have such a friend as you istead of throwing rocks at the one that cares.
god bless, awesome friend and writer.
Big huggs,
emy
