Why Am I Given This?

Contributed by orangeman on Tuesday, 11th March 2003 @ 07:00:00 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

A heart of fear
A cloud of anger
A tear of stress
A cry of danger
A frown of sadness
A feeling that’s lifeless
A word of darkness
A friend of loneliness
A world of war
A thought to distroy
A shadow of sin
A chance that won’t begin
A sea of emptiness
A goal without sucess
A touch of death
A life that was left
A eye that cannot see
A ear that cannot listen
For these were the things I was given
