by now I see that nothing has changed
much to my disbelief
inside your eyes, still hollow and full of lies
still conjures the inner working of a fiend, not a friend
and I wonder how you live like as just pretent
a viscous cycle of building, tearing down, and rebuilding the same thing
stuck in a rut, thats how to build ones name
to excuse the amount of excuses is inexcusable
to seduce the possibility, is what im once again here for
confiding in a liar takes some trickery
majestic in a picture as if I didnt understand the mockery
some of us do, some of us dont
never a chance, never she wont
short in stature as I am on patience
delivery of resignation, salvation, how gracious
never you understand, deny, lie, stand bye
you just lie there, wilt up like a flower, dry up, and slowly die
