Hold this...
Embrace these words as if that could save me
Feel for me as I have felt for you
As I take the mistakes of yesterday
And use them to pave the way to a better tomorrow
Breathing each breath for you
With eyes that shine like diamond angel wings
I pray I can see this life for the good it can offer
With prosperity and love
Inside a moment of clarity
May the concrete walls of my inner soul
Perish and crumble to free my beating heart
From its lonley empire of solitude
Together we can learn
With your hand inside mine
We can cross each bridge together
And in the moments of my life I feel I'm fading away
I am brought back by the undying faith
That one day these words will resonate in your mind
And you will take my heart and this poem...
And hold this.

Another great piece by you bleedthelove. this poem is extremely poetic if that makes sense. Its really pretty.
