the blossom that waits. . .

the blossom that waits. . .
the midnight bloom,
'neath cloverbed knee-high.
below the earth,
oh womb, so sweet.
above, the glistening sky.
the star-lit dappled
hemisphere,
of depth and breadth,
immense.
a rustling, hollow
wind swept sound
of star lights' discontent.
while twinkling, yet
they fade away
to glory not bestowed,
with waiting blossoms
loves' announced
no light but its'
shall glow.

Again fascinating work. You certainly have a gift and I have certainly found someone new to read and be excited when I see the name "elle". But, elle you gotta title your poems. If nothing else give them a date or name them whatever the first line reads. It's okay to have one untitled poem in a catalog but if someone on here wants to view one of your works again they would have to sift through all of your "untitled" poems to find the one they are looking for. In fact, this may be the genius of it, lol. Seriously it's proper if you title them.
That asside it was splendid. Splendid indeed. Extremely discriptive, dream-like, and enormously poetic. It's honey from the comb for admirers of deep imagery in the poetry they read. Every line, fascinating.
BRAVO!

There is definitely a depth to this that the homepage has been lacking somewhat lately.
This is something you can sink deep into and find a comfort in wait for you.
There is a glorious poetic flare here that makes one want to linger .. soaking
up the essence that floats so soft and gentle against the skin.
There is just one thing .. but I'll PM ya about it. :)
Beautiful work, elle. Truly ~

(in agreement with SCM ... I think a title places the poem) |
