Tourment's Mind

The poet hides away.
All her thoughts and pain
Throughout night and day.
Awoken by the rain
Full of her shame.
She’s only afraid
To let them see.
The price must be paid.
Everything she must be.
They all are the same.
Loved and hated, she waits
Until she can end it all.
Everything she hates.
She will have to fall.
They are to blame.
In whitened darkness
She stumbles blind.
Ignorance is bliss.
It’s all in her mind
Every single little game.

Flowed wonderfully.
