My clear head has been wrenched from the stump
She sees right through it, These strangling words I cannot keep
Black blood consoles me in drifting sleep
Shifting and gagging, Shifting and spewing
My corpse knelt before the cutting block
Still wrapped in black, Confined, Concealed, Never existing
The dismembered ghost now laughs at me
This prison has aged and dulled, Screaming at a ***** wall
Comforted by black rainbows, Waiting for the sky to fall
The world has been streaked with black sunshine
No more pestilence, Plagues written on the vertebre
Giggles and tickles, Coughing up blood
Shifting and gagging, Shifting and spewing
Oneiric convulsions
This prison has aged and dulled, Screaming at a ***** wall
Comforted by black rainbows, Waiting for the sky to fall
Shifting and gagging, Shifting and spewing
Still nailed to a dark gray cloud
I see her sprawled out pale and limp
A dead angel smiling down at me
Her corpse still braced by the abyss
Waiting for the sky to fall.
