She feels alone
But shes surrounded.
Hoping, needing that love
but she's still all alone.
Help is something whispered often,
but never has someone
come to hold her hand
and say I'm here.
She lets go
of her fiery rage
melting away all of those
smiles that she once held dear.
All alone she wanders
a dead earth
her misery
haunts her again.
Don't say your sorry
Because I just told you
that deadened self
who I am.
The littler girl waves her hand,
as if bringing her
cloak that hides her
like an unwanted stone, Thrown into a puddle by young boys.
She disappears
she says hello again
but no one is there
to see her.
A broken smile
spreads across
and then she says
goodbye loves.
