Sun Burnt

I feel like I'm sun burnt
my skin's tingling
hot, feels raw
I feel like the wind just blew me away
can't breathe
cold, got goosebumps crawling up my arms
I feel like I'm drowning,
My throat's closing
Suffocating, can't breathe
I feel lost
can't think
straight jacket, confined
I feel like I'm hanging by a thread
Just sitting
waiting, holding my breath
I feel like I'm sunburnt
but no sun for weeks
