Not sure what is held for me, and more
Not sure what I hold for any, nor one
I have liked and lived
Yet been liked , who can say
I sit
I stare
Yet what do i see?
Im not sure anymore
You can give and give
Yet what is given back
A faithful heart is there, but left unsecure
So what else is there....

Thoughts to words, to wonder, alas to uncertainty. For some acceptance and yet do we all wonder what is next. You think we all don't have thoughts about this? I even wrote about it but could never find a suitable ending with out going deeper in despair ,so I haven't looked at it in years. Until today .Darn you Dayna ......lol I can't get past that last line. You wrote a good piece to make, at least, me and a couple others think ....I don't know if I should thank you or not....lol
From darkness we came, from love hope it seems
boarding a ghost ship of aspirations and dreams
Sailing alone thru life's unchartered seas
drawing a map how we think it should be
Enjoying the present still building a past
looking to future, things still with in grasp
The future now present not looking so bright
the past starts to haunt you, a thief in the night
It steals from your body, your soul and your mind
dreams are now lost......... love hoping to find
But search as you will.. you rekindle the past
reflect upon loves ...... the ones that don't last
Then one sad day.... your search nearly for naught
you find you have given .... much more that you got.
??????????????????
What now. same thoughts just written differently ....... but never an end.

can't get up, dear Dayna, but perhaps you can be helped up, yes?
It is out there hun. Your heart is awake and upon your sleeve. You
are so innocently honest with your feelings and your soul lies so
beautifully open. There may not be answers .. yet-- but they are
coming. Patience, dahling. ; )
your writes are as refreshing as the rain on a very hot day !!
