How far will your temper go?

Topic: psychoticpoems

comments appreciated.

So you threatened to smash me through a door,
And you threatened our sister and dad.
You take pills and snort lines until you’re lying on the floor,
... and show rage if you’re feeling sad.

So you drank a bottle of whiskey,
And washed it down with a few ecstasy pills,
And took a few grams of magic mushrooms.
Supposedly so you could no longer feel.

You took some cocaine and I court you.
You said it was N.D.M.A when I said it was coke.
You rubbed it in your gums saying it was ecstasy,
Then when I said I wasn’t stupid,
You threatened to hit me.

You take other people’s property,
And urinate on them.
You steal other people’s food,
Never giving people the money back for them.

Remember when you threw my belongs from a one story building,
Because you’d lost some CD’s and couldn’t find them,
Because I’d been tidying YOU’RE mess, yet left the CD’s in site,
And you were convinced I’d hidden them.

You treat women as objects,
And used to go ape at your girl friends when they wouldn’t cook you food.
Then you’d wolf what they’d made down,
And never apologise for being rude.

I remember you begging them to come back.
As each one left you in the psychosis you made yourself.
You were enraged they could leave you,
I realised it was the best they could do for themselves.

You abused our dad’s hospitality.
Next you moved on to our sister and messed her up too.
Then got psychotic when they told you too leave,
Threatening to crap on their pillows.

Now you’ve made yourself homeless.
So where are you living?
You’ve always said your mates will pull you out.
I bet they’re not all that giving.

You always said you’ve done your mates favours,
So they’ll hurt people if you instruct them.
So where are they now?
Now dads called the police because you threatened him?

So how far will your temper go?
Since you get psychotic when you lose it.
Will you go to prison?
Will you be sectioned?

If you could go back in time.
Would you have ever started taking drugs?
I bet you'd be at university right now?
Instead of mixing with thugs?

How far will your temper go?
Since you don’t remember when you lose it.
One day you’ll wake up in a police cell.
You will have killed someone,
Yet you won't even know it!

Seriously look into your family having him baker acted...if he's a danger to himself or others it is possible. I'm so sorry you and your family are going through this. You're a good writer; it's great therapy.

Blessed be,

Sena

This really does bring home the harsh reality of taking drugs. Not only does it destroy the individual but also those closest to them.
I hope somehow things get sorted out for the best.

Steve
