trying to unwined

Contributed by Voice of the Silent on Thursday, 31st January 2008 @ 09:44:24 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

I sit here trying to pass the time
trying to just unwined
trying to clear the past from my mind
because it's all just a bad memory
These memories are driving me to insanity
I sit here trying to clear my mind
thinking "dam this is going to take some time"

Congrats, this poem has won you the ownership of my 50th comment on a poem on this site :P, but in all seriousnes now great poem, it reminds me of sitting wide awake in bed trying to stop yourself from thinking so you can go to sleep, luckily i learnt to meditate years ago so i dont have that problem, its alot like counting sheep and counting sheep is something i use as part of my meditation sometimes and it really works, i can meditate myself to sleep sometimes. but anyway great poem really enjoyed it, keep up the good work
