Memories are the ones close to my heart,
They don’t leave me when my close ones departs.

They are just like the movies replayed again and again in my mind,
Good or bad they are my memories embedded in my mind.

Agreed people come and people go,
But I am still standing there where they left me last and made a move to go.

Some things never leave you, even if you want them to.
Some people live in their own world,
At times their lives do not match with the living world.

What can be done about it?
Nothing, leave them as they are,
Move on and realize that people who live with memories are just like a break in your journey, where you get down,
Get refreshed and move towards your final destination.

an excellent way to describe how you feel of memories.
