My Last Letter

Contributed by MissTeenSuicide on Sunday, 13th January 2008 @ 08:07:20 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

Silent tears fall, I begin to cry
I clench my fists, I close my eyes
I don't know why I'm treated this way
I wish this would just go away

I am torn from everything I know and love
Imprisoned in this house, that seemed to be sent from "above"
Why won't this stop, it just gets worse
For 8 years it seems I've been living with this curse

I can't do this anymore, this is my only way out
This is my last resort, there is no doubt
This pain just builds, it won't subside
I've tried running and I can not hide

Goodbye to you, who called yourselves my friends
Thank you for that torment, that never seemed to end
Goodbye my dear family, you held me prisoner long enough
And goodbye my only love, who I never knew, nor saw, nor touched
