I'm on too much medication
Falling over I give the indication
Lying down I fell on my head
Maybe just a little intoxication
Memorise the most ordinary of lies
Reopen my scars I try
So many tablets they have to last
If only to heal my past
Track marks under the sleeve
Memory comes back only to leave
Haven't I been here before
Repetition, my minds a bore
I feel like a whore
Though not as sore
I drank way too much last night
But disguised it by too much tonight
Theres no comfort in this fable
Craddle me if able
I don't have the strength to say
I miss you everyday

Wow this is a powerfull write even in the sadness.
You are an incredible writer. I find it hard to beleive that you were tipsie or any thing else when you wrote this. that thought alone makes me think you are writing about the past or maybe someone else.
Either way with your talent you got it going on so please keep writing.
big huggs,
emy |
