My beautiful first born, such a treasure to me.
I was only nineteen, but still I could see.
That you were special and forever would be
In my heart and soul. Apart of me.
Tiny rosebud mouth, lots of raven hair.
Pretty round Indian face, beauty oh so rare.
A sound like a kitten, I realized was you.
My precious baby girl, all brand new.
Your hands, so familiar, miniatures of mine.
I loved you then and now, and till the end of time.

there is always something special about your first born. The first heartbeat, ultrasound, and the first time you held it in your arms. Blessed are those who get to share your experience. |
