No one sees me walking by
No one notices when I start to cry
No one sees my pain inside
This pain I don't even try to hide
I'd say I'm fine, yeah I'm ok
Just to have you look away
while I carve out your names in my flesh
So that I will never forget
You betrayed me so
Stuck that knife in my back
I can't believe you act like you don't know
Maybe it's insight that I lack
These friends will be the death of me
Why don't they know, can't they see??
These cuts and wounds aren't what I've said
If you ever find out, it'd be too late, I would be dead
I wonder if you know that, for now, I'm still here?
You probably do, because this torture won't end
You say you care, that you are always there
But is that a good thing? The truth will only be bent
Stop pretending like you care
Stop pretending like you understand
Stop pretending that you're always there
Stop pretending that you're my friend
