Have you ever seen love on
the sidewalk curses?
Have you ever seen life in the minefield churches?
Have you ever seen feeling
blown into verses
that give hope to the not quite found
to the motherless
to the not so sound
to the rootless?

In the rituals, the tattoos and the dance
this is a new land!
