Corporate Crusaders
Their shameless charade
What are a few lives
When fortunes are made
Murdering millions
To bulge bottom lines
Make tidy profits
On rifles and mines
Backing the butchers
With chemical cakes
Medical murders
That viruses take
Manipulate masses
Through horror and fear
Chip away freedom
While forefathers tear
Sing to the public
A patriot’s song
Enlisting our children
To cover their wrong
Sending in soldiers
Staining the sand
All for the greed
Of future demand
Trade red gold for black
And Tomahawks flown
To place a new prince
On hypocrisy’s throne

Fast and hard hitting. But composed and brilliantly thoughtful. The best way to write.
Good work. |
