Lady

Contributed by emeryyy on Friday, 21st December 2007 @ 07:11:57 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

I have gone against my beauty's will
This new, exciting love has spoken through actions intermixing our spirits
Everything has been executed perfect although
There is but one drip of pure pain
The thought of my formal sweet, I have gazed upon her and another
But my sacred lady and I have a plan
This plan is imminent, but it is better sooner than later
The thought of it makes me salivate
That is something that I will not worry over
She will be taken care of, and not a single drop of guilt will come over me
For death will do us part.

Your poem makes me worry that you are going to off yourself and your girl. You should have labeled it Dark Poetry. Really disturbing.

Author : I would like to say I had to write this for a freshman highschool class. Believe me, I'm not going to off myself. And for that matter, i don't have a girl. haha. but It was an assignment taht had to do with love and betrayal, therefore, i wrote this, just thought i'd post it.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
