On The Road

Contributed by StoneAngel on Monday, 17th December 2007 @ 03:47:19 PM in AEST
Topic: goodbyepoetry

Finally I'm on the road
to leaving the nest
it took a while but
soon I'll be free
there are just a few
things I have to deal with
and then I'll be free

Now all I got to do
Is find a man
who will stay with me
long enough to know
who I really am

I dont care if I ever
get married
all I want is a child
for my grandmother to see

That's not much
to ask
is it

I just got a job
I hope it's for keeps
'cause I really
enjoy it

That's not much
to ask
is it

Well expressed.
One can sense your longing and wishes within this write.
A poem that you didn’t have to think about….
A poem from the heart.

You will have all those things.
Just stay positive and believe,
and you will attract beautiful things into your life.
Decided what you want and deserve in your life,
Don’t settle for less…
And go and get it!

You will find the right guy.
All in the right time...
Never give up on your hopes and dreams,
for you are the only one that can make them reality.
Good luck and take care!

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
