I feel distressed.
I'm lost in the vastness of this urban jungle.
I seem to vanish within the noise and hectic of the metropolitan.

It seems there is no space for me as I become a shadow.

I turn voiceless,but wanting to scream.

Longing to shout out my need for companionship.

My heart bleeds as I sink under the concrete and stone of this all so cold city.

Is this to be my fate?

I have become jaded.

Grown weary of the one-sidedness.

I wish only to desire actively,without accusation or intolerance.

I long for an ally,someone who is there when I am feeble.

But this all so lonely city offers me only bleakness.

I am confronted by the unresponsive.

I am compelled into isolation,
and must abide my solitude................

sorry, this is not poetry, it is just a lame attempt.
