anguished
|
the raindrops burn
that fall from this ashen sky
some days the sun never shines
and teardrops fall from glazed over eyes
colors run together in constant melee
not one knowing it's true tones
gray becomes ever prominent
winter's long season, becoming home
diseases of the mind
an incorrect chemical secretion
spacing out in place and time
there seems no ardent solution
lost in a mirage somewhere far away
desert appears dry, no oasis seen
reality simply an unknown
disorientated in where we've been
crying, wailing out for help
upon ears which seem deafened
no one to trust anymore
the heart now burned and blackened

Wow... there is beauty in pain, only in the sense that it can flow almost effortlessly unto paper, and find a form so utterly natural and fitting. There is a saddest, most deafening pain in your words, dear friend. Beautifully penned. Just breathe. Life fluctuated, leading us to places we never knew existed. Be strong, you matter.

I love you hun. Don't forget that there are people who love you. And are here for you. David is right, you matter. So much. To so many of us.
This is so painful to read, but it is good to get it out, to write out how you feel. Don't give up.

Sweetie, this is so devastating to the heart. You write with such
command, there is no way NOT to feel what you feel. Life moves on
and we struggle, I know. But there are moments, (such GLORIOUS
moments) when everything is just right. In darkness, hold onto
that. It is the ignition for hope that burns brighter than any
candle I've seen. Sorry I've been absent for a bit. I'll PM ya ..

Sorry for my prolohged absence.....lilfe sometimes gets in our way. This is a heartfelt peom that truely portrays your desperation. However, pain is not our enemy, as it attests to the fact we are real and alive.....we can feel our emotions.
Of course we dont relish our misery, but it is part of the healing process
Knowing that you are cared about, take comfort my friend
