~~xxXXxx~~
I wonder what is water?
A liquid like no other,
Appearance spectacular,
Colourful though has no colour.
Waves blue when in the seas,
As waterfalls it pours white,
Tinged red by sunset breeze,
So bright icy snow-white.
We say it has no fragrance,
It does not have a flavour,
Just smell the air when rain comes,
Being thirsty taste this quencher.
The three-fourth of the planet,
It keeps the planet cool,
The trade and travel span it,
Is a world for many a school.
No life there if no water,
None but it has such splendours,
I wonder what is water?
A wonder of the wonders!
