Can you hear me?
The street I walk is muddy,
I'm in a queer neighbourhood,
Have you near me: I wish I would.

I'm falling in the hole
From the dark behind my soul
'S back door,against my sleep,
And I'm fallin' to more deep.

My watch is acting like a bee,
Counting my insane misery,
Night's stealing the last train,
I'm waiting for you under rain...
