like a shadow cast
so far behind

like a barbed wire coil
I cant unwind

like a simple heartbeat
thats hard to find

i make you blind

I ask myself
but cannot find

I ask again
a thousand times
Where is my mind?
like death dark roses
that grow inside
where is my mind?
like the sensual touch
from a love so kind
where is my mind?

I ASK YOU LOUDLY
WHERE IS MY MIND?
I shake my head
question declind

I cut myself
my body's alive
Where is my mind?
the teardrops flow
and blur my eyes
