You Fall

It trips you and you fall
A harsh smack
You lose it all.
By the time they hear your yelp
It's too late, you're beyond help.
You lay in a morgue, stone cold
Your mother won't even look at you,
That'd be too bold.
Closed casket, a rip in your head.
They lay you down, a wooden bed.
All alone, you wish to fly
Hoping God will hear you cry.
Left to rot, you've lost it all,
At Death's command, you fall.
