HER
There was this woman I meet
Found her on the Internet.
She was shy as could be
Which drew her to me.
The walks in the park
To kissing after dark.
The more I hung around her
The more I knew she had grounded me.
The smile on her face
Was worth more than saving grace.
The wind in her hair
More than a man could bear.
Scents so sweet makes a
Man so weak.
As time passes by
We wonder where we went a rye.
Our love runs deep
With our souls dying to meet.
As our paths cross in the
Here and now, never forgetting of
How we have wowed.
The gods look upon us
Forever reminding what they put upon us.
For love comes from the soul
And you are my mate.
