Thinking always

Thinking always, what to do
Hear you speak of meaning and purpose,
Lost is the word, to depict myself
No honour, no impact.
I have done nothing recognisable
Selfish, indulgent, addicted to fun
Never will I accomplish,
Never will I achieve,
The road I took I will always regret,
Where will I go? What will I do?
Maybe with direction, backing,
I could have curved my road of life,
Instead I drifted, and wandered,
Now I realise, I am lost.
