She is one.
She lives in one.
She follows one.

Stalking the corridors.
Sneaking round corners.
Stalking people.

No limelight.
No attention.
No love, care or respect.

He is her escape.
He knows her.
He can understand.

No. No one is a simple shadow, ever. Light does make shadows of us all, but we do not abide in them.
This one was very short, and to the point. It could have been longer, I think, but that might have... stretched it thin. It said all it needed to.
