So certain of how I feel
Certainty changes with the sun
Got that feeling on my mind
Thinking you may be the one

Knowing that you got someone else
Knowing that I don’t care
Give me a reason to not stick around
And I’ll just stand back and stare

This is my love song
But I have never felt love
This is my painful song
All I am feeling is pain

You know I said the truth
When I said I can’t take you off my mind
So I say just give me a chance
You’ll be in my shoes you’ll find

So please baby I am begging you
Do you even know how I feel?
I get nervous around you babe
I know it must be real

We go out to the same places
We listen to the same song
We drink the same good ole drink
That sounds like love all along
