Today is ever lasting
For today is a day I do what I must
Not something I want to do
But something I can’t avoid
Today will be an ever lasting day
For today I confront that which I fear
Not something I alone fear
But something many fear as well
Today has been an ever lasting day
For today I have done something which many can’t
Not a murder or any type of felony
But an expression of my feelings
Today is at its peek
Though it might not have gone so well
And I feel lower than I ever had before
I know that today will end soon enough
And a new today will start tomorrow

If you write from the heart and write for yourself, it doesn't really matter what others think.
You've done that here, you should be proud of what you have achieved.
Well done
