Simple songs on midnight air
Laughter flowing like a river
Joy in this secret place we hide
So quietly, now, they cannot find us
It is our secret, our haven
Protecting us from the sad
But silently into the morning we run
Until the sun sets for another night
When we return in the darkness
And bathe in the melody
Of free spirits and peace
