A mumbled roar of thunder
buried deep inside
a saddened soul set asunder
steeped in sorrows
it now abides
Echoes with in the silence
like the beating of a lonely heart
A kaleidoscoping cascade
of tears on her cheeks part
And the cry of one heart breaking
not forsaking
all the hurt that brings the pain
and leaves you with a raking
there's no faking
when there's nothing left to gain

omigosh wordsy .. how terribly terribly sad ...
There are a multitude of images in here that I just adored! You
have an enormous talent with the English language. This piece was so
strongly emotive ... I just felt like crying at the end of it (and I'm not
even sure why). Just brilliant. (And I don't say that often)
Love your morning thoughts ...
