Efforts made in ernest
are left in wanting still
by those who ask and are unanswered
by the thoughts of how they feel
A pondered pause is taken
upon thoughts a bit absurd
As answers are sought in silence
to questions still unheard
While random truths are often found
by those it is who seek
and dare to tempt a favor of fate
to try and take a peek
