My body loses temperature
Without you, I'm no longer pure
With you I have a sudden high
That leaves me with the will to fly
I load you up one more time
And keep telling myself I'm fine
The needle rips a hole
Straight into my soul
And again I'll take flight
But I cannot reach the same height
A thought slowly steals my head
It stays, and leaves me for dead
My high suddenly falls
Like a suicidal bird
Flying into a wall
I need to go and find the gun
That way I can finally have fun
The thought slinks back
Knowing it's you I lack
No drug can take the place of you
No drug can give me the same love you do
