How did I fall for you in the first place?
Where did my heart go?
Who was I falling for?
Why everything leads me back to the same place?
I let everything out
Closed every doors of doubt
Left in my mind, in my heart
Every last tears left for me to cry
I cried tons of it
Not wanting it to be bottled inside my heart
It hurts to see you smile
Because I am not the one you’re smiling for
It hurts to see the love in your eyes
Because I am not the one you’re looking at
It hurts to see you so beautiful
Because I won’t be able to look at you everyday
No matter how hurt I feel
Or how sad I am
I know deep down inside my heart
I am happy for you
And I pray for your happiness each day
Live well and be well

this is a very well expressed poem of loss and wanting of someone who doesn't want you back.. the wording superb and the feeling intense in this.. I really enjoyed this poem. everyone can relate to this at a time or two and you have captured that into words marvelously
