in every stone

Topic: Lifepoems

  • in every colour is a light
    in every soul some laughter
in every eye there lives a tear
    ~*~
in every cloud a raging storm
in every dog some bark n' woof
in every silence there be noise
    ~*~
    in every dream lucid cognition
in every murderous plan a flaw
in every kindness a universe touched
    ~*~
in every heart there lives some pain
    in every coin unanswered wishes
in every thought an evanescent truth
    ~*~
in every potential brilliance; a pause
in every star, there resides a dream
every list goes on it seems; for
    ~*~
every eye holds within a tear
    every soul; remembrance of laughter
    in every stone a crystal.

    Either way it's beautiful, Mom.

Nice poem, embodying the epitomy of all life. The fact that in every mental and physical experience, good or bad there is the opportunity for change, for better or worst. Nothing in life is consistant except change. Great Poem. My interpretation of it is probably well off what you were thinking. But this is the level I can see your poem achieving, nice job.

nessa, my dear friend, this was exceptionally profound
and so touchingly gorgeous! I adore the thoughts you
plucked, seemingly from mid-air and placed them inside
your words for us all to ponder. So much truth here.

With every write of yours I read, I feel more at peace,
more at one with all, and more in love with life.

    You are beautiful ~

    *hugs*

Dear Nessa, such a wonderful read. You are so in touch with the beauty and hope in life and nature that it isn't possible to come away feeling anything less than inspired and optimistic.

    Take care,
    Dom

I enjoy life musing like this. The yin and yang of things, or cause and effect, if you will. I find it endlessly fascinating that for *every* action there is an equal and powerful reaction.
Nice post, I enjoyed this read!
