I heard a voice singing
Singing..
So gently it rode upon the
Wind..
So sweet the voice sound
Upon the wind it rode..
It touched my lips as the
Wind blew by...
It smelled of cotton candy
As it slowly filled the air
I felt the wind caress my
Soul..
How strange this all sound
But, yet it held my heart
Within it’s grasp..
I heard a voice singing
Singing..
So gently it rode upon the
Wind..
Ah, ah how sweet the voice
Sound..
It held my heart capture
Amidst the wind..
Hello!
How sweet the voice sound...

I loved the descriptions in this, 'it smelled of cotton candy' and the use of repetition.
Lovely melodic write with all the sweetness of that breeze.
Take care,
Dom |
