In a moment filled with anger
a lifetime of regret
and a feeling that does linger
that I cannot forget
The endless thoughts of tomorrow
that are bound to yesterday
whose sadness it does borrow
to find me here today
In a timeless bond that binds me
with the sins whose shadows cast
a darkness now upon me
that within my heart doeth last

Talk about "capturing the moment". A finely worded piece to do the job. Between the tomorrow 'n' yesterday though is the NOW that commands the knowing to disregard the past 'n' future. Poets do it best.
