I watch her from inside my shell
I talk to her, but never say what's in my head
She unknowingly has me under her spell
And I doubt she can tell
Never did I say what I wanted to be said
Never did I show the blood which I bled
Fear has created my own hell
A hell which I am still yet to shed
But here comes the toll of the bell
And she'll be gone after it's knell
And I need to say many things before I am dead
I need to say things before I am dead

Good stuff! I think most of us can relate, at one time or another; I know I can. You've captured well the raw yearning and the grim acknowledgment of it, as the self works out its love-hate relationship with itself.
Those two closing lines, as well, are extraordinary. The repetition drives it home in a way I don't think any other method could. Bravo!
