Untitled

Topic: AngryPoetry

I'm backed into a corner
my back against the wall
I can go right
I can go wrong
but this sickening situation will continue to run strong

and you're too busy to understand me
but never too busy to yell
you're too grown speak to me
but you're enough of a child to think it's all about you

growing up
never felt so great
when it's made me closer to leaving you
and when the day comes I won't hesitate
and I'll join the other two

because they're more of me
than you could ever comprehend
and you've always been jealous of that fact
jealous of your children
and you think this separation will help you get back

but in the end you're losing
faster than you can see
I stayed because you begged me
but I can always leave

Dearest Stephanie,

a suffering of emotion through words. I can't gather enough thought
to comment on this adequately. I have only breathed the surface, really.
I do not know the depth of anguish, frustration and emotional strangulation
that is surely a continual strain. But I feel for you ... it's a pain I wish I did not
relate to ... a pain I wish none of us ever could.

Hold on. Life is not catastrophic when you have someone who loves
you. And I know you have that. =) (From more than one, or even TWO! )

Glad you can write out the pain ... much better than letting it fester, or
perhaps worse, taking it out in destructive ways.

*hugging you from the North*

~Breezy
(and yeah ... I'm well, thanks. Just too busy, though :P)

wow. i cant believe how much i relate to this. i had similar problems with my mother. she would do nothing but back stab and run her children down and try to drive a wedge between us so we thought she was the only family member we could trust. she just hates us sencelessly. all you can do is count the days til your out on your own and never look back. i thought and hoped for so long my mother would become them um we all hoped she would be but she will always be consumed with hatred and anger towards her 5 grown children.
great read. A+++
