Lost you
I cant belive it
The one thing i trusted on
You was the one thing
Nothing could get me
You was always there
A few bites of food
But all you wated was a bit of attention
Just a little cuddle
Not yet a year old
Still new to the world
You hardly even knew
Outside of the site gates
You never knew
What dangers there are like:
People who drive crazy in cars just for fun
They dont think of teh consequences
They dont think of who or what they might kill
Speeding in the dxark no one can see you
A hit to the head an instant kill
The worst is over
Your on your own now
But i'll still wish and pray
Wanting you to come back to me
I wish i could turn back the hands of time
save you fmr the car
But i cant
And now your brother has gone
Where i dont know
He must of heard
what they have done
For them to do that
Even though an accident it was so they say
Maybe now they will learn
To stop speeding
So more will be living instead of dying
So now we have all lost something
Your mother has lost a daughter
Your brother has lost a sister
Us who looked afte you have lost a cuddle
And you my baby have lost your life
I mıss you
We all do

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
