Old memories,
They trap me inside.

They hold me down,
Close to the ground.

They won't let my soul fly,
They want to see it die.

They won't let me be me,
They won't let me be free.

I cry out for you,
For your guidance,
Cause I refuse to die in silence.

With your help I will survive,
With your help I will stay alive.
